All our tours are designed and created by travel professionals who are part of the Normandie Rando team. To offer you the best possible value, we rely on a network of local partners we have known and trusted for years, who all share our values. Our main concern is to give you the best service so you can make the most of your trip.

We originally specialised in cycle touring. However, our routes can easily be adapted for other kinds of trip, walking in particular. Today, a quarter of our customers are walkers. For any request of this kind, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Absolutely! For a tailor-made itinerary or any specific request, we can create a tour that suits you perfectly. For anything like this, just get in touch and we will send you a proposal within a few days of your request.

Any change of date after booking is subject to a EUR 30 amendment fee (incl. VAT).

If you cancel your trip, charges apply on a sliding scale depending on how close the departure date is. This is the scale we apply:

• more than 60 days before departure: 10% of the trip price (the deposit);
• between 59 and 28 days before departure: 30% of the trip price;
• between 27 and 15 days before departure: 60% of the trip price;
• less than 15 days before departure, or no-show: 100% of the trip price.

Between each stage, your luggage is transferred by people we trust: our staff or partners (hotel staff, private taxi). Simply leave your bags at the hotel reception in the morning before 9.30 am, making sure our label is attached. You will find them waiting for you when you arrive at the next stop!

We provide a detailed logbook for your trip. It contains all the stages and directions for your route, with enlarged map sections to help you. We also add tourist information and suggestions of places to visit along the way, so you have everything you need to enjoy the gems on your route.
We also include an IGN map at 1:100,000 scale, and we can supply the route in an electronic format compatible with your GPS.

We do not have a contractual agreement with any particular provider, so we recommend checking with your own insurer. We advise all our customers to take out travel insurance.
As for public liability, you must at least be covered for any damage caused to third parties.
