How does it work ?

STEP 1 : Choose your tour

Choose a trip in the “Tour” section of our site. Please note the name of the selected tour and the associated code.

STEP 2 : Fill in the reservation request form

This form is accessible on the page of the chosen tour, by clicking on the “Book” button. You can also go directly to the booking request page. Fill in the required fields and click on “Send”.

STEP 3 : Receive your invoice

We will reply to you by email within 48 hours, with the following information:

• Invoice for your tour (circuit + options)
• Answers to your specific requests
• a link for the payment of your deposit via the secure e-payment platform of our bank

STEP 4 : Booking confirmation

As soon as your payment has been validated, we will send you a confirmation with your travel guarantees and your list of hotels.

STEP 5 : Top-up payment

Eight weeks before departure, we will contact you for payment of the outstanding balance for your reservation.

STEP 6 : Start of the tour

On arrival at your first hotel, you will receive the necessary travel documents from one of our representatives or from the hotel staff (the procedure varies according to the tour) :

• Detailled road-book of the tour
• Maps
• Luggage tags
• Bikes
