WHO ORGANIZES THE TOUR ?

All our tours have been designed and created by travel professionals who are members of the Normandie Rando company. To be able to offer you the best value for money, we rely on a network of local partners, whom we have known for years and in whom we have confidence. We all share the same values. Our main concern is to offer you the best services so that you can make the most of your trip.

DO YOU ONLY ORGANISE CYCLING TRIPS?

Historically, we have specialised in cycle tourism. However, our tours can easily be adapted to other types of hiking, especially walking… Today, a quarter of our clients are hikers. For any request of this type, do not hesitate to contact us.

DO YOU ORGANISE BESPOKE TOURS?

Absolutely ! For a tailor-made itinerary or specific requests, we are able to create the tour that suits you. For any such request, please do not hesitate to contact us. A proposal will be made within a few days of your request.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE OR CANCELLATION?

Any change of date after booking is subject to an additional charge of €30 inc.

In the event of cancellation of your trip, fees are applicable, the amount of which is progressive according to the imminence of the departure. Here is the one applied by our company :

– more than 60 days before departure: 10% of the cost of the trip (the deposit)
– between 59 days and 28 days before departure: 30% of the cost of the trip;
– between 27 days and 15 days before departure: 60% of the cost of the tri
– less than 15 days before departure and in case of no-show: 100% of the travel price.

WHO CARRIES OUR LUGGAGE ?

Between each stage, the transfer of your luggage is carried out by trusted people: employees or partners (hotel staff, private taxi). Leave your luggage at the hotel reception desk before 9:30 am, having taken care to affix our label. You will find them on your arrival at the next stage!

WHAT KIND OF INSTRUCTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE US ?

We provide a detailed logbook of your trip. You will find all the stages and directions of your route, with enlarged maps to help you. We also include tourist information and suggestions of places to visit along the way. You have all the information you need to enjoy the treasures along the way.
In addition, we provide you with a 1:100,000 scale IGN map. It is also possible to provide you with the itinerary in electronic format compatible with your GPS.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAVEL INSURANCE ?

We do not have a contractual agreement with any particular organisation. We invite you to ask your insurer for information. We advise all our clients to take out insurance.
As far as civil liability is concerned, it is necessary to be covered at least for damage caused to third parties.
